Method of Payment:

PCC will accept cash, check, VISA or MasterCard for payment of fees. Fees may be paid:

·        as part of online (PASSPORT) registration or

·        on either campus at the Cashier's window or

·        by mailing your payment in time to meet the fee payment deadline. Mail your check to:

The cashier on the Lakeland campus is located on the first floor of the LTB building.

The cashier on the Winter Haven campus is located on the first floor of the WAD building.

Student Fees- Academic Year 2007-2008:

Florida Resident per credit hour..................  $69.96*

* This fee is paid by residents of Florida. It includes $2.82 for financial aid, $5.65 for student activities, $5.00 for capital improvements and $56.49 for tuition.

Non-Florida Resident per credit hour......  $257.99**

** This fee is paid by non-residents of Florida. It includes $11.30 for financial aid, $5.65 for student activities, $15.00 for capital improvements, $56.49 for tuition and a $169.55 out-of-state fee.

In order for to be considered a Florida resident, you must live in the state for one year.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be granted for course fees if the course is dropped by the published deadline.

  • If a student is denied admission, all fees will be refunded.

  • If the College cancels a course, all fees will be refunded.  Fees may be applied to another course during Drop/Add.

  • If a student has paid a graduation fee and is unable to meet graduation requirements due to actions taken by the College, all graduation fees will be refunded.

  • PCC will issue its refunds in a check payable to the student.

  • In the event of a student’s death during the term, the estate of the deceased will receive a refund of all course-related fees.
