Method of Payment:

PCC will accept cash, check, VISA or MasterCard for payment of fees. Fees may be paid:

·        as part of online (PASSPORT) registration or

·        on either campus at the Cashier's window or

·        by mailing your payment in time to meet the fee payment deadline. Mail your check to:

  • Lakeland

The cashier on the Lakeland campus is located on the first floor of the LTB building.

Hours:

·         Mon. - Thurs.    8 a.m.- 7 p.m.
·         Fri.                   8 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

  • Winter Haven 

The cashier on the Winter Haven campus is located on the first floor of the WAD building.

     Hours:

  • Mon. - Thurs.    8 a.m.- 7 p.m.
  • Fri.                   8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

 Student Fees- Academic Year 2008-2009:

  • Course Related Fees                         This color text denotes new/revised information. 

Florida Resident per credit hour..................  $74.50*

* This fee is paid by residents of Florida. It includes $2.99 for financial aid, $5.99 for student activities, $5.65 for capital improvements and $59.87 for tuition.

 Non-Florida Resident per credit hour......  $274.56**

** This fee is paid by non-residents of Florida. It includes $11.98 for financial aid, $5.99 for student activities, $17.00 for capital improvements, 59.87 for tuition and $179.72 out-of-state fee.

Florida Resident: Florida State Statutes define a Florida resident for tuition purposes as: “...a person or, if that person is a dependent child, his parent or parents must have established legal residence in this State and must have maintained legal residence in this State for a least 12 months immediately prior to this qualification.”

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be granted for course fees if the course is dropped by the published deadline.

  • If a student is denied admission, all fees will be refunded.

  • If the College cancels a course, all fees will be refunded.  Fees may be applied to another course during Drop/Add.

  • If a student has paid a graduation fee and is unable to meet graduation requirements due to actions taken by the College, all graduation fees will be refunded.

  • PCC will issue its refunds in a check payable to the student.

  • In the event of a student’s death during the term, the estate of the deceased will receive a refund of all course-related fees.
